Seven days after the killing of George Floyd in Minnesota, and the Amy Cooper incident in Central Park, New York CIty, NY, ConfidenceVault Ltd launched a new programme.
We collated existing sessions we had been run jointly with Lean In UK on institutionalised bias, and added our own training for women and minority ethnic staff to help them address and combat microaggresions in the workplace. But, from 1 June 2020, our programme was further expanded to meet a clear, growing need of corporates who wanted practical sessions on how to audit and grow impactful corporate allyship. Here's how the journey shaped up in 2020!
